USING YOUR VESSEL THE FIRST TIME

Wash the pan in hot, sudsy water and add 1 cup of Vinegar – to remove manufacturing oils and deliver a shiny surface.

Rinse and dry the pan

Now you’re ready.

THE BEAUTY OF FLAVORS

One of the many benefits of Vacumatic cookware is the way you can cook numerous vegetables together, with each one retaining their distinct flavor. That’s right. There’s no flavor transfer. Even when you add half an onion.

Here are a few tips for vegetable perfection:

  • Scrub vegetables instead of peeling so you retain the best part – just under the skin
  • Use 1 oz. of water in your pot
  • Skip the Salt. It’s NOT recommended in the cooking process
  • Wait for the whistle to sound (about 3 to 4 minutes)
  • Turn the whistle off
  • Turn burner off or remove the pan from the burner
  • Allow pan to sit for 5 to 15 minutes (Varies depending on your desired texture and type of vegetable).

*Gas ranges heat quicker. Electric ranges take longer.

And now you’re ready to enjoy the best vegetables around.

No flavor transfer. No salt needed. Just healthy, vibrant vegetables for your healthy, vibrant lifestyle.

WASHING RECOMMENDATION

It may interest you to know, 316Ti surgical stainless steel with titanium is THE most hygienic metal materials available for cooking.

Be sure to maintain that cleanliness after each use with soap and water. The occasional stainless cleaner is also recommended. We can supply a quality cleaner.

Other brands available from retailers: Cameo, Zud, and Barkeeper’s Friend.

FOR BURNT-ON FOODS

If you happen to burn your food, reduce your heat setting.

To clean your vessel:

Boil water – so you can release the burnt-on food

Alternatively, boiling vinegar has also been known to release food as well as clean your stainless.
