WHY BAMBOO?
There are many considerations when choosing a chopping board. Hardwood is great, but Bamboo is better.

Bamboo is a strong, affordable and lightweight alternative to hardwood. It is grown without pesticides and it grows fast, so that makes it more eco-friendly than hardwood, plastic or other synthetic materials. Bamboo is light, so moving it around in the kitchen will be easy.
Bamboo absorbs water so no deep cleaning is recommended. Rinse and dry, or better yet, wipe off. And when needed, apply food grade oil or cooking oil to keep it in great shape.
